haha, i wonder what they would look like if they juiced up

and a lot of bodybuilders do half rep range on bench to "keep emphasis on chest and less on triceps"

lol, i could'nt in all my life get use to the short presses. i don't know if you remember craze, last summer i showed you pics of my buddy , thats all he does. this brother is solid!

Is there an echo...echo...echo up in here IDK bout the 1/2 presses, figured they weren't doing full reps intentionally.

idk i see a lot of bb doing the half range motions. It obviously works for them though. I had a guy always tell me that i wasnt going far enough down on all my movements, like db bench and should press, but when i go far down it puts a lot of pressure on shoulders, etc. My bud is also 5'6, so his range of motion is a lot shorter than mine.

Why would a half press be bad, or not be as efficient?

trust me, i've seen great results on other brothers. but i wish i could do them, hurts my joints. plus i'm taller, i think it's just easier for the shorter BB.
