With my experience they best way to make arms grow is heavy. I actually get a EZ curl and put as much as a can on it so I get 6 reps they get dumb bells or another EZcurl and put a weight that I can get about 15 reps with and super set them 6 heavy and 15 light for 4-5sets. Same with tris I go heavy and super set.
I just started back working out in Nov after taking a long lay off due to injury and surgery. My arms measure 18" now as of yesterday with out being flexed straight down my side. They were 16.5" in Nov. I should have 20" arms again by next year......

Bump bad heavy barbell curls are my fav, almost 21" guns and can curl 185 for reps.

I'm a big believer in isolation exercise's but not for whole routine at the end doing isolations strict to faliure, is critical for growth and developement IMO

everyone is different. got me some big o shoulders from trying to build some big guns with heavy curls, shoulders would take away from biceps. so point being, i got to do isolation movements first in bicep workouts then after go as heavy as i can on barbell curls and dumbbell curls to get my biceps to grow. a.k.a - pre-exhaust

I Just started doing Strict barbell curls (back against a wall) and they have really pushed my biceps. My arms used to be a weakness of mine years back, i basically had T-Rex arms. but i found the best things are heavy- moderate weight , hit every angle and dont overtrain them. 21's are pretty solid as well. And when i was younger i was stupid and started doing isolations with my right arm first (my strong arm) and couldnt do as many reps with my left arm so my right was a little bigger... The problems are being fixed with these routines and starting with the left arm first

bump crazedhead.... i also had the problem where my front delts would start to take away from the exercise so strict curls really help eliminate that
