Default LIFTING HEAVY-sore joints

ok, so im on my 2nd cycle, been going heavy for about 1 month, all exercises are 3 sets heavy(5-7) followed by a high rep set (10-12) with superset. 4 exercises on large musles, 3 exercises on small muscles. just so u know i am past all my previous maxes now.i was doing this 3 days on, one day off.i started takes more days off as i felt sore. my joints are getting sore, mostly i think because i am pushin harder than ever on my body(weight wise). but also because, i think i was over training a little( or not resting enough), right now im doing 2 days on, one day off, then 2 days on and 2days off.feeling much better but still getting deep joint pain, before the pain would last a day or 2, now it goes away shortly after my wo. thanks guys

Tren could be drying you out a bit. Problem with tren is it makes incredibly strong, but can dry your joints a bit as well, so you get a double whammy effect.
I suggest pushing your reps up to 8-10 and drop the low rep heavy weight. You'll grow on tren regardless, but not if you injure yourself

Probably lifting too heavy for your joints/tendons. Listen to your body and back off a tad for a month or so till all pain is gone then gradually work weights back up till elbows start hurting, then repeat.

I know I'm late to this thread, but Aromasin or any anti E is very hard on your joints. no estrogen means no lube for your joints.

lockouts are great for building strength in your tendons.

THANKS WW, i was thinkin that maybe it would be better to save the heavy liftin for the end of my cycles(last 4 wks), after what i experianced from this last one....what do you mean by lockouts......locking out on ex. for a longer period of time, or..........

Whenever I use to lift heavy Id train 1 on 1 off and at max will do 2 exercises per bodypart with 3 heavy hard ass sets per exercise. Of course it takes me 4 sets to warm up on the first exercise. Even alternating push pull on a 3 on 1 off even 2 on 1 off split takes a toll on the joints if your hittn em heavy.

I think 4 (3 hard heavy sets each) exercises per bodypart while training heavy is too much. Your nervous system has too recuperate as well between heavy intense sessions. I grew more and increased strength best this way for me, but each ones body is different.

bump that woobs, it was very taxing, i used to do 5x5, then cut back to this, and still considering doing just 3 heavy sets....and only towards the end of my cycle.....

you'll have to google lockouts. I could show you, but me explaining it by typing it won't work. a lot of power lifters do lockouts to strengthen their tendons.

What would be the strategy for gyno? Cut out anti E's until signs of gyno start to appear? I noticed when I cut my anti E my water retention really starts to climb. I too have sore joint particularly in the shoulder region as probably most do.

Most other pain regions are from former injuries and nothing will fix that. I will revise that statement, while nothing will fix it, Percocet (oxycodone) will kill the pain. I loved the stuff when I got out of the hospital because all my joint and other pain all were gone. The only problem it is very addicting and my doctor won't give it to my anymore. Moreover, it constipated me to point where I was shitting retaining wall bricks...ouch!!!! I have an elaborate story that goes with that which was not pretty and the most painful thing I ever went through.

how do you use anti-e's? what do you use? I don't run any anti-e, I prefer to use a DHT instead. I don't have hairloss issues, so they don't effect me. you could also run different Test, like Prop to keep your water down.

Dihydrotestosterone

"Dihyrotestosterone (DHT) is one of the hormones that come directly from the break down of Testosterone (the other is Estrogen)."

DHT is one of the major contributors to male pattern baldness. 2 steroids that are DHT derived are primobolan and masteron.

You need to lay off the heavy weights for a bit Dboy on the accutane-can also cause pain issues in the joints.
Hit the high reps, you'll still get good growth.
