I know a guy who says he benched a 1000, here in TX.He wears 2 inzer shirts.I thought the Guy was full of it until he had 5 copies of Power Lifting USA with him in it.I'll dig up the details he gave me a copy of that issue. It really has become a tool in the sport, they have been around for years.Wraps, suits, shirts, they all help tremendously.I found this from 2006 of him benching 870lbs.He's also a police officer, he must be juice free.

So in my gym there is this guy that consistently box squats 800-850# using a suit. I will have to video him next time, the poor bar is not setup that heavy it's freaking looking like its going to break any second. Does anyone remember the old days of Wrasling a guy named Tony Atlas. I went to see him at the Roanoke Va stadium and before the show he benched 500# it really blew me away, this was when 500# lifts were freaking incredible.

Tony Atlas was the man in mid-south, he was one of the first wrestlers to have that body builder type physique.I loved the guy, great athlete GMan.

What happened to him? I watched an old youtube of him from the 90's but nothing newer he looked really awesome back in 90's wonder how he's doing today. Hope it's not like the Mikey Rourke type character in the movie Wrestler, that would be sad.... Man he was my hero. We went benching after his show and I swore I would hit 500 like Tony, still trying.... which just goes to show he was one hell of a BB/wrestler, wonder if he was juicing?

Toney is fine and still huge, he is ageless, and he is not like one of those sad stories, he had a pretty good up bringing, and have great family today.

I'm sure Tony Juiced but he also dieted unlike many of the others back then that Juiced.Atlas always put on a good show,Back then they wrestled 5-6 nights a week.To be as conditioned as he was back then is really amazing. If the man would have been able to just train and rest,WOOOOO!

Texas Power bars are made in a sweat shop in El Paso, Chicago Power Bars are Union Made and cost 3x as much, but the quality is better (lol supy).I always use the TX power bar for dead lifts and squats,I like the thinner bar for Bench, too me it feels better on the hands.

Life is tough. It's even tougher if you're stupid
    Stupidity should be painful

Crawling is acceptable. Falling is acceptable. Puking is acceptable. Tears are acceptable. Pain is acceptable. Injury is acceptable. Quitting is unacceptable

To dominate one must be physically, mentally, and spiritually stronger than their opponent. Then, domination is guaranteed.

Nobody said it was easy. No one ever said it would be this fukin hard either!

If im a danger to myself just think what the fuck I can do to you!
