Just wondering what some of your max lifts are?? Could be max lifts youve ever done or current... Put your max and the weight you were at when max was completed... This may be a repost but i dont care
Bench - 285lbs @ 170lbs (current) Squat - 325lbs @ 170lbs (current) Deadlift - 335 @ 168lbs (before my back injury 8 months ago)

Ranked #6 in ths USA @ Powerlifting watch.com @ 220 RAW MASTERS and #35 in the MENS RAW OPEN Divisions as of 4-22-2011 Life is tough. Best Bench was 465 at 165 when I was about 24
Highest bench was 515 at 220 when I was 28 I couldn't bench 100 pounds now at 33 with this shoulder injury..ouch Never maxed at 33 but could go over 400 Never maxed on a dead lift because I'm a pussy...I train with 315 for sets of 10 Never maxed on squat either because I'm a bigger pussy when squatting...I also do 315 for 10 when squatting. |

been working out with an old school powerlifter whos 68 and strong as hell we bench every sunday and thursday. on sundays we do 12 sets of 2 next sunday is my max day but heres what this last sunday looked like
warm up 135 225x2 245x2 265x2 275x2 285x2 295x2 300x2 315x2 325x2 335x2 345x1 355x1 i was tired as hell by the last set so next week im going to max out im at 228 for wieght rite now need to find out what my sqaut would be i can do 405 for 3 so im kinda curious think i might do that today. cant deadlift cause of my back sucks so ill post up what my max bench is next week im hoping for 375 but i dont know |

sqaut 455 deadlift have done them in 18 months I think I could at least pull 405 max was 585 |

I haven't gone heavy in about 4 months
Before I was hurt I was benching 365 for about 6 reps, probably strongest I've ever been, and that was around 8% bf. My knees were killing me all summer, so I haven't squatted in probably close to 8-9 months. Back at it now though, only doing sets with 225 and my knees are killing me.

Bench max 425 (before i fucked my shoulder up about 5 months ago)
Squat max 230 kilos so i guess that like 505 pounds roughly deadlift 220 kilos so 484 clean and jerk 170 kilos so 375 squat snatch 138 kilos so 303 All done at like 225 pounds. Sorry about the kilos but olympic lifting is my thing so its how my mind works. Can't snatch anymore because of this damn shoulder... |
