Anyone have some ideas on how to burn stomach fat and build upperbody mass with out shrinking in overall size. A buddy of mine has been struggling with this dilema for alittle while. He wants to get bigger in his upper body but needs to lose body fat in his stomach, hips?

It's all diet man. Plenty of protein and very low carbs. Train, rest, eat, hydrate. Repeat daily for 90 days. Spot reduction is a marketing fallacy propagated by diet-pill and thigh master producers. Fat reduction is a systematic issue.

I love me some pizza and diet dew I'm not talking about people like all of us I work with a bunch of guys that break my balls all the time about training and eating the shit I eat. My job is not that had just sit around this guy I work with eats a bag of ruffles and dip everyday before we start work and says he drinks diet pop cause there is no calories them are the guys I'm talking about lol
