Is there anyone that can give me some extreme training techniques to use in the gym. I don't like going to the gym and doing the same old routines. I like to feel like I just climbed out of hell after a workout. Any Advice

Train to failer then get 2 more. Rest 30 sec then do it again. Do this for 3 sets not including warm ups. With 4 exercises. This shocks the system and will produce growth. No matter what you do free weights, machines, or no weight exercises this can used.

Oh ok... He is strong and there some great stuff in those videos... Right niow my biggest problem is my diet. I can't seem to stay on track. some days are better then others then somedays I fall way off. My budget just don't do it for me any ideas on a good diet on a fixed income?

you could try this its pretty crazy if you do it only take 1 minute rest between each exercise and work out every other day it something diffrent. if you pull it up just rotate it

Xtrem training arms tonight. I will let you know what time. Heavy, heavy, heavy.....then light burnout. Make sure you locate all trashcans in the gym before we start.
