I'm headed out of town for 10 days this week. I'll be logging 12-14 hour days working. Def not complaining, howev, b/c I'll be making $.
Anyway, I'm just ending my SHIC and I won't have access to a gym in the small town where I'm working. Do you guys have any suggestions for exercises/ sources for training w/out weights or equipment? Obviously, I can do pushups and deep knee bends, some reverse dips for triceps. Any other suggestions? I'm feeling pretty fit and my strength is def as good as ever. I suppose I could take the time off, but that's really not a very attractive option. Any help will be appreciated, CD

Have you got one of those old extenders? 10 days isn't too long and if you're working those hrs best you do minimal training anyway. Good to hear you got something on the go. Have you decided on the pct/loading your going to do while away? And don't give me any shit on the title of the second link |

Or if money isnt an issue buy some 50# adjustable dumbells to take. Then return them when u get back claiming they keep locking up lol. I bought a pair for vacations last year

Now that sounds like my buddy at the gym...but biceps instead of legs lol. Do what u gotta do just keep the blood flowing... its only 10 days.

Too bad you couldn't get some bands they are great.
