Default Hotel Training

I'm headed out of town for 10 days this week. I'll be logging 12-14 hour days working. Def not complaining, howev, b/c I'll be making $.

Anyway, I'm just ending my SHIC and I won't have access to a gym in the small town where I'm working. Do you guys have any suggestions for exercises/ sources for training w/out weights or equipment?

Obviously, I can do pushups and deep knee bends, some reverse dips for triceps. Any other suggestions? I'm feeling pretty fit and my strength is def as good as ever. I suppose I could take the time off, but that's really not a very attractive option.

Any help will be appreciated, CD

Can try some of these. Have you got one of those old extenders?
10 days isn't too long and if you're working those hrs best you do minimal training anyway.

Good to hear you got something on the go. Have you decided on the pct/loading your going to do while away?

Or if money isnt an issue buy some 50# adjustable dumbells to take. Then return them when u get back claiming they keep locking up lol. I bought a pair for vacations last year

ya i would say bands thats what i use u can do anything with the bands

Looks like I'll b working legs & chest mostly No time to get bands today. Thanks guys, hopefully I'll b 2 tired from making $ anyway

Now that sounds like my buddy at the gym...but biceps instead of legs lol. Do what u gotta do just keep the blood flowing... its only 10 days.

Too bad you couldn't get some bands they are great.
You could probably find a way to do a ghetto back work out.
Get some pullups in somewhere.

Thnx, cool vid! Thankfully, I've found a gym in this town! It's one of the best gyms I've ever used and I swung a deal @ $4/Day. That's kinda expensive vs. most gyms, but this place is pretty sick. Supy would have a Disney Day here. Funny thing is, there were hardly any people there and zero bbs. So, all is well for my training. NOw I need to make the big $ in this town...
