Default bruises under skin??

just wondering if y'all ever get dark area's under skin, while and after training? i get me some dark area's that look like bruises but under the skin. I get it usually on my side and front delts from shoulder and arm workouts. sometimes it goes away the next day, sometimes it lingers for days or weeks. i always told myself i was just hardcore and was popping me some blood vessels or something; but that is probably just meathead mantality. any thoughts?? thanks.

The only time I ever get marks is on my traps when doing squats from the weight of the bar but they're just broken blood vessels that look kind of like hickeys.

no doubt. these aren't from pressure from a bar or anything. just area's that get super pumped...

Seems like there are more people out there without health coverage then those who are covered. The only reason I have it is because legally, I'm still married and my wife keeps me on her plan. Maybe try to Google it or something.

I found this in a google search:

"Extreme strain: Heavy and rigorous exercise may cause bruises, which results from microscopic tears in blood vessels underneath the skin."

http://www.home-remedies-for-you.com...y/Bruises.html

& this: http://www.medhelp.org/posts/Exercis...sing/show/7795

It might be a b-12 deficiency coupled w/you being so hardcore Seriously, get more b-12. The second link has some good posts... I guess this is not uncommon side affect from training.

Do you bruise easily from other things like bumping into tables, etc?

thanks cookie for taking time to look into that, i appreciate it.
i dont bruise easily. i take me some Animal Pak which has a lot of B vitamins. I have taken a B complex before but didn't notice the difference in the bruising. guess the bruising is "Extreme strain
Heavy and rigorous exercise may cause bruises, which results from microscopic tears in blood vessels underneath the skin."
so i'll keep hitting it BIG. and kee it hardcore

Do you have really light skin? It could be your skin tone. If you're lighter skinned the rush of blood flow is easier to see. Back in highschool football I had a buddy who was a red head with light skin and after every game his entire body looked bruised underneath because of the blood surge. He would get it bad in his quads after squats too.
