CD just got the hooks from Breaks recommendation. They appear really heavy duty. Got back on Weds let everyone know my thoughts. Your workout and my thoughts on it: I still think you are on the high side of total number of sets. Even with Wet's tweak. Modee is dead on with his advice I have been doing this and have found it most helpful. I always lift heavy using low total sets. Once I can get over 6-8 reps on a "working" set I up the weight. Stick with the basics; squats, deads, rows, bench, barbell curls, skullcrushers..... they form the foundation of your workout. Use 3 exercises for major muscle groups and 2 for smaller. Workout every other day to avoid over training, this took me forever to master and believe.

WW= at least a 1000mg test a week...... AHAHAHAHA right on though man, thats the only way to do it... I mean 500mg a week will get you huge.......
