I've never done it, but was thinking about doing it to work on my lats more.

Admin I am too thick so I try to mainly hit lats been pretty successful over the past couple of years getting the v going. I start with wide grip pull-ups as many as I can do 5 sets... used to weight them but it tends to hurt my forearms

I do pretty much all the time. I'll start with wide grip behind the neck and v-grip pulldowns. I should get out of the habit and even it up a little more though.

Sometimes I start with bent over machine wide and close grip rows.

Did lat pulldowns first today, then underhand grip pull downs.
Was a nice change. Was much weaker when I got to the bigger exercises though. No big deal.

I start with pull downs everytime...helps warm up my rotator cuff. I need to switch it up because i feel Im lagging in thickness as my v is getting a lil unproportionate.

Life is tough. It's even tougher if you're stupid
Stupidity should be painful

Crawling is acceptable. Falling is acceptable. Puking is acceptable. Tears are acceptable. Pain is acceptable. Injury is acceptable. Quitting is unacceptable

To dominate one must be physically, mentally, and spiritually stronger than their opponent. Then, domination is guaranteed.

Nobody said it was easy. No one ever said it would be this fukin hard either!

If im a danger to myself just think what the fuck I can do to you!
