Default Knee pain

So I'm nearing the end of my first cycle (500mg/wk sus 400mg/wk EQ) and I've made the kinda gains I'd only wished I could have before I got on. Anyway, I've been going a lot heavier on squats and leg press and as of the last wk or so, I've been getting really sore in my knees, the left one in particular. I know it's probly just from lifting so much heavier in such a shorter time frame, but I don't wanna fuk up my knees.

So I'm thinking I should probly just spend more time stretching and warming up as well as wrapping my knees for my heavy sets, but do you guys have any other recommendations? If it makes any diff, my knees hurt mainly in the center just below the knee cap and it's just a feeling of soreness that makes them feel stiff on certain exercises.

just make sure your not letting you knee's go over your toes. that is very hard on your knee's. it happens a lot on the leg press more than the squats, but it does happen on both exercises. my .02

I usually keep my feet high and wide on the leg press so that I'm hitting glutes and hams mainly. I hit quads with front squats.

I posted that last night after I got back from the gym and today, my knees are pretty sore. I'm gonna go lighter weight and higher reps on leg day for a little bit.

I'll have to look those up and try em out. I already had to deal with shoulder issues during this cycle (rotator cuff) now my knees are hurtin. At least I'll be prepared for next time and have an even better game plan down.

When is the last time you took a break on your legs? Nothing helps my pains like a week off. I try to get a rest on each body part one week every two months at least. Listen to your body bro...

I actually had a wk long break due to school and work schedule, but got right back after it. That was about 2-3 wks ago. I'm just gonna take it a little easier on the heavy lifts than I have been since this is the end of my cycle and I'm lifting heavier than ever before.
