Yes very interesting reading indeed and something I could very well have try at sometime. But from 16.5 inch to 17.7 inch biceps in four weeks drug free???? I think we've all been around too long to swallow that one.....

Agreed. If you could gain an inch a month on your arms using this system, you could theoretically have the biggest arms in the world in under 2 years. All you would need is a scientist to follow you around at the gym with a computer charting and graphing everything.....and spotting you at the same time. I've tried similar programs where you do one set to failure for each upper body and lower body muscle group twice per week each and always felt like I was leaving the gym with enough energy to do another entire workout. In other words, I didn't feel like I was working my muscles well enough and couldn't except that mentally long enough to follow through with this style of training for more than 2 weeks.
