IMO it's not how much rest between set, but how are you doing the set form concentrating on that paticular muscle ' getting a good squeeze exct, and then two days later do you know you worked that body part. I have never been a stop watch and journal guy, not saying there is anything wrong with that. I just tend to concentrate more on form and mind to the muscle if i'm doing high or low rep bulking or cutting.

how much rest between sets matters big time, I am sure we all concentrate on that paticular muscle and getting a good squeeze ect.
But all that... shotgun...... is out the widow if you are taking 10mins rest between sets.

make sure you do the incline presses and incline flyes, to work your upper chest.

buy a bench that goes from flat to incline or join a gym.

you could make a platform to sit underneath the head part of the bench to elevate it about 6 inches off the ground or at a 30 degree angle. make sure it is stable so you don't get yourself hurt.

Bump WW on a lot of those post above. but lets get real Harris, you will not get anywhere without the correct equipment to enable you to do all the exercies that are required. and add weight to those exercsises when it is time.
And Yea 4 days a week of heavy weight lifting is enough but i doubt you are really getting to grips with real heavy exercises that are required . do you go to gym.?
do you do squats , deadlifts, pressess, bench pressing, not flat iehter as they fuck alot of folks shoulders. If doing flat presses do them with Dumbells , your shoulders will thank you for it. Decline and incline is okay with a barbell.
