    Hey guys,

I've noticed that my rear delts and my lats are really lagging behind in growth. Is there anything that you guys would suggest I add into my workouts to improve those areas? I already to lat pulldowns, bent over rows, rear delt raises with dumbells, etc. I just can't make them grow!

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!!!

    Thanks,

    Nick

get some wrist straps and do heavy dead lifts and heavy dumbbell rows . you might want to work back twice a week . one for thickness and the other for width . do that for 6 weeks .

    My new routine is:

    Deadlifts w/ light weight
    Single arm dumbell rows
    Chins

Tiring workout, especially since I do bis after I'm done.

this is the hardest for alot of guys. alot of bent over rows. get a bench and set it at about 25 degree incline, facing it and lean against it and do front rows with dumbbells. add thes 2 exercises for about 2 months and you'll see a big change. crazehate has some killer looking shoulders.

    1. Always start with your heavy compound rowing movements.

    2. Flare & flex your lats every rep as hard as you can.

That's a good one David. I need to try this one out.

I take it you don't place too much weight with your head on the bench correct?

A really good technique I learned a while ago. Always keep your back straight, head up and butt out a bit.

Before you actually pull the weight back (for example close grip rows), try pulling your shoulders back only a little so that when you pull the actual weight back, you're isolating your back muscles and not pulling back with your shoulders.
