    Default Cutting

When doing a cutting cycle your diet is different to a bulking cycle, so was wondering if this was the same for training. Should you do lower weight with higher reps... and maybe a bit of light intensity cardio? Or should it stay with high weight low rep?

I know that to get cut, training needs to be lower weight higher rep when not on steroids. Is this the same when you're on a cycle?

8 to 12 reps , shorter rest periods . rep range will determine your weight . just remember no matter how you are training , for bulk or lean . always use proper form or you'll get hurt .

Actually a long believed myth. Not true at all bro. There are no set in stone rules.

When cutting or bulking, you can use the same techniques lifting for the same goal.

This is true especially when cutting, using high weight with low reps helps create just as a high a calorie burning workout as well as stimulating the muscle for lean mass growth.

On the other hand, during bulking, after doing a very high, low rep workout, the low weight, high rep technique could be used to help breakdown more muscle.

Sorry is this sounds stupid but why would you want to break down muscle? Or is is doing something different to what I'm thinking?

the muscle breaks down and than its rebuilt back bigger , if you feed them to grow . if you don't feed them than you'll be skinny .

Training should stay the same, if anything decrease the volume & increase your cardio. The only thing you need to change to reach your goals is diet.... All steroids increase protein synthesis they don't burn fat to any "great" extent...
