hey guys what do you guys do for your low intensity cardio?
at the moment im doing 30min bike before breakfast 30-45min treadmill walking after weights 45-60min walking round the park usually do 2-3 sessions a day. why is there a limit (60min) on the sessions? i could do a 2hour walk easy within the 3hrs between meals. |

Right now I'll ride the bike at home in the AM.
20 minutes of walk or elliptical after weights, plus been playing 20-30 minutes basketball at the gym after workout. |

First off their is a limit. most of us only need about 45-1hr. and that at once a day. stop doing this fastpaste cardio type workout. it will do nothing but screw up the program. like Zidane said what do you think your body will go after if not following the protocol. i will answer that for you. "MUSCLE" So yea long walks ( not fast ) are great. i do them. or buy a cruiser bike and you can go on a long cruise at a medium pace. my heart monitor watch tells me im going at a great [pace.
