    This is something that looks like a train wreck waiting to happen. Clean and jerk is a couple of motions. These people are doing something entirely different. I am not the best at the movement, but I think I can tell when I am doing it correctly and when I am not.

    I couldn't watch to the end of that...my back would have folded. Those are definitely not 45 lbs plates

    that wuz the worst ive seen in any gym, what is their mental malfunction...anyone letting that go on, is far from a trainer, those a def. styrafoam plates with kiddie clips holding them on.....WTF

    Totally agree ..probably them b ig 10lb plastic ones ................and they start the lift with a deadlift hand position .....plates lying about nicely to trip over ....I could go on but fuck it .........cant be bothered ......loads of injuries waiting to happen if you ask me
