Sugestions plz
Hey guys can give me a workout plan?
I wish to get mass with density, I am paraplegic so upper body, and trunk. Is it ok to work triceps and biceps same day? How many sets and reps do you recommend to achieve my goals and what kind of supplements would you recommend?
Presently doing 3 sets with 5 reps. heavy to failure. Tris, chest one day. next day traps and abs. next biceps and rest.
I am 5'10 at 215 lbs
