Stuard if u wanna talk just pm me.
yea it is a lot of upper body but thats honestly my weak point, especially my chest and shoulders. my legs have always been super strong compared to the rest of my body, so i only hit that once a week, and then those few deadlifts |

not for long you wont Far too many exercises m8 over training is right around the corner.Guaranteed!!! Half of these would suffice a good work routine. less is more ........................how do you expect your body to recover PROPERLY from an assault like this every week

Keeping in mind everyone is different; how many sets would be ideal for each body part? Does everyone increase their volume when on cycle?

i do the same volume, just with heavier weight.
been working great for me. i think a lot of people make the mistake while on cycle and over train. go to the gym with a good game plan, and hit it hard for 1 hr. 4-5 times a week. as long as your diet is in check you should get results.

the answer to how many sets would be ideal for each body part is everyone is different Therefore there is no set workout , sets, reps, days trained , etc because we all have to find our own path to what suits us best as individuals
