    Default working arms

i always used to pyramid one exercise for biceps and triceps and then 2 other in set rep ranges of 6-10 and 10-15. so i would do CGBP 4 sets, 10,8,6,4 reps and preacher curls 4 sets, 10,8,6,4 reps. do u think that works for arms pretty well or more of set rep ranges of higher reps?

It all depends on what works for u. I like to do strength, size and shock. 4-6 reps for strength then 8-12 reps for size then either megasets dropsets negatives or whatever for shock. I do about 6. Sets for both strength and size and about 4. Sets for shock

I do drop sets for arms. I start as heavy as I can go to get 6 reps then make 5 drops getting 6 reps each time. This is bis... I do at least 12 set

Tris I go as heavy as I can for 10 reps then rest in between set for 1 min. At least 12 sets

At the end of each workout I do 3 sets of 50reps to force blood in the muscle. This is for bis and tris....

So my total arm workout range is @ 27sets

Thats what I do for most of my workouts, not all. Really haven't worked arms in forever, and they were still between 17.5"-18" but now that im looking to get big I will definitely hit my arms hard

i used to pyramid my first exercise for bis and tris. so Close grip bench for tris and preacher curls for bis. think pyramiding works well for arms or should i just do one exercise at 4-6, one at 8-12, and one at 15-20? generally i do 10 sets for bis and 10 sets for tris.

I was doing an all arm day for years, kinda plateau'd out. Changed some stuff around and started pairing chest/bis shoudlers/tris. anyways I changed my reps up aswell going to this routine, and have seen awsome gains in over the last year. I start with a power lift of some sort, such as close grip, or pin wheel curls, doing heavy ass weight, like 3-6 reps 4 sets. then move into muscle sets, 8-12, 2 diff workouts at 2-3 sets each, and finished with a burn of some sort for 1-2 sets, 20-40 reps (failure). Gotta remember arms and bis are a small muscle group and alot of people over train em. If thats working for ya, do it, if you arent leaving feeling like it did a whole lot, change it. Your body is different and needs different things then others. Always good to get ideas from others tho to try out, may end up liking it better. just my .04 cents on what I found to work for me.

Keep up the routine. And you surely will see some good changes. But keep it till some time and keep patience as desired results will not come up over night.
