Default My non-cycle workout..What do I need to add while on a cycle?

I will be starting my first cycle in approx 6 weeks.

Feel free to post your won workout.

Here is my current work out..This is NON-cycle workout..I want to know if there is something I should change/add, weither this is good enough for a cycle, and should I be doing more sets/reps. Like I said this is a NON-cycle lifting taht I have been doing and I have been steadly gaining. All lifts are between 80-85% MAX weight. This plan is every other day...

    Day 1
    Abs
    Crunch Machine-3sets/15reps
Roman Chair-3sets/10reps (with weight on chest)
Decline Situps with ball being thrown-3sets/10reps
    Chest
    Bench Press-3sets/6reps
    Dumbbell Flys-3sets/6reps
    Incline Bench-3sets/6reps
    Triceps
    Skull Crushers-3sets/6reps
    Modified Skull Crusher-3sets/6reps
    Kickbacks-3sets/6reps

    20mins Cardio

    Day2
    Abs
    Crunch Machine-3sets/15reps
Roman Chair-3sets/10reps (with weight on chest)
Decline Situps with ball being thrown-3sets/10reps
    Lats
    Lat Machine-3sets/6reps
    Dumbbell Row-3sets/6reps
    Underhand Pullups 3sets/AMAP
    Biceps
    Curl-3sets/6reps
    Hammer Curl-3sets/6reps
    Reverse Curl-3sets/6reps

    20mins Cardio

    Day3
    Abs
Roman Chair-3sets/10reps (with weight on chest)
    Legs
    Weighted Lunges-3sets/6reps
    Squats-3sets/6reps
    Calf Raises-3sets/6reps
    Military Press-3sets/6reps
    Shoulders
    Side Raises-3sets/6reps
    Reverse Flys-3sets/6reps
    Shoulder Shrugs-3sets/6reps

Like I stated above all reps are done at 85%..What am I missing and should I be going more than 3 days a week?..Should I be work out each group twice a week? Should I be doing all these every other day?...

I believe you can't get big workingout three days a week. I believe four is optimum for most but everyone is different.

Imo ur program is definitely lacking. Except for abs ur only doing 9 sets a week per body part. Especially on cycle

Your workout should not depend on whether you are on cycle or not.

Little less attitude will carry you much further. Your asking questions that only require your time to answer. Research. Google. Read what ppl off and on cycle do. my belief is everything you train you go to absolute failure. your body adapts to what you make it believe its training for. If you switch up your routine overtime and always give 100% your body will be under the impression your fighting to survive and you'll grow.

Bro, everyone's trying to give input on what you've posted cause that's what you wanted.

And I agree with Chisel, your workout on cycle and off cycle should be virtually the same. Your recovery, reps, amounts, should change on cycle.
