Aight guys I need some help with how to get rid of some oblique fat! My abs are showing but them stupid love handles want go away and suggestions?

Diet and cardio. On some it's the last to go. I do very little oblique work. If anything, do things like side planks, things with really low resistance, you don't want to be building that muscle bigger, imo.

Using bodyweight and gravity is the only wtg w/abs. You'll get bigger/thicker w/weights.
The P90X ab-ripper is the best ab routine I've ever tried. With that said, you cannot spot reduce fat w/out liposuction. There are some powerful fat burners like PGCL, but I've never tried them. Yohimbe started a thread a few months back about that one. Diet really is the key. Boring answer, but true.

Others have already posted here.
But unless you have natural low body fat, you need to perform cardio. If you hate cardio, then I suggest a few weeks of high repetition weight lifting, this works rather well too, but diet ontop of this is very important. I recomend a rowing machine myself. That way you can work on your back, shoulders and arms while getting a nice cardio. And its a lot more fun then running. I hate running. I love rowing. Its the stuff men used to do in the old days, not only slaves. Besides, rowing is synonomys with muscles so, its cool:-) |

Also you cant spot fat reduction ..your body works as a whole unit, you cant just get rid of fat in one place ..thats impossible, gotta get rid of the fat everywhere.

Anytime doing cardio you want to stay in the fat burning range witch is more low intensity walking on treadmill with a decent incline or a bicycling a moderate pace I find work best. If you can do it 1st thing in the morning even better
But more important than anything it what your putting in your mouth simple and plain |

As far as exercises go, planks, russian twists, suit cases with dumbbells, cable twists, and wood-chops if you know how to do those are all great oblique attackers. All the guys here are right stick to high reps. No less than 15-30 per set. No less than 2-3 sets. Try it on an empty stomach once in a while. It helps to burn more fat. Even cardio. It's hard but it works. I wouldn't lift on any empty stomach though.
