Default What is the rate that carbs/fats are burned??

So i was wondering what is the rate carbs/fats are burned in fairly intense weight lifting routine?? From what i come to understand cutting back on some carbs is needed to cut, but some of the pro's do it with very high carb intake...

Ex: Kai Greene eats about 500-600g of carbs and up to 1000g of protein a day!! And he says so himself he's not a big believer in too much cardio but he works out at a very intense rate and is still able to cut dramatically...

So im wondering what the rate of burning Carbs, Fats, Calories is in a fairly intense session??

Lol. If you're not planning on doing the same AAS/peptides stack as him, then I would stay away from his diet choices if I were you
