Anybody heard of this? I got the max contraction video for free and its all about doing the exercises with no ROM and just holding more than your max weight at max contraction until negative to failure. Anybody actually tried this and got any gains? I am going to mix this up in my routine and see if i get over this plateau

I know its just static contractions lol. I think its crazy that john little claims you do this full body exercise once a week for 10 mins lol

Bro just DROP SET!!!! If you cant grow drop setting then you arent gonna grow. Go to failure.

just gave it a go today. Did 4 sets of about 150% my max on the pec fly machine. Was able to hold it for the full 30 seconds each time. Tomorrow if i am sore i am sore :P

I dont get caught up in fag/ fad workouts created by virtually UKNKOWNS and as ive stated below STUPIDITY should be painful

This type of training was very popular at my gym a couple of years ago. I tried it a few times but I found it put tremendous unnecessary load on my lower back so I stopped. Some of the trainers used this technique on themselves and their clients with no significant changes and lots of injuries. Going to failure and drop sets are the way to go.
