look up polymetric routines for explosive movement. there is a plethora of routines you can do using bodyweight at explosive intervals for a phenominal training regiment. keep in mind this is more for lean muscle cut, not much bulk. also go by a pull up bar that mounts to the door with various grips, I used only that for a solid 4 wks and added lunges w milk jugs filled w sand and all variations of squats. the weight isn't " per say " as important as a good range of motion and slow controlled movement. there's plenty out there. not having a gym is just a reason to be stronger mentally. if you look up the history of weight training you'll be surprised to see that it's only been done with actual "weights" and gymnasiums for about 80 yrs.

also walmart, kmart, sports authority or order online if you have Internet, you can buy a weighted vest for $20-$40. my knees jacked currently but I wore one everyday for a few months while on cycle and my legs and core got thicker and rock hard, there's a ton of stuff bro, if you hit a book store there's plenty of books w great ideas, all you gotta do is figure out how to make it tougher!!

You say you can't train for a month. Do you have one of those one piece stainless steel toilet/sink combo with no toilet seat where you are at.

That's a very unfortunate situation - pretty much burning through your cycle dollars.
Try some advanced pilates and books like Convict Workout |
