    Default separated shoulder?

i'm in extreme pain tonight/this morning and can't sleep......yesterday did another trap inject in morning....last night tried to train chest, shoulders, and triceps.....didn't feel any shoulder pain and only a sharp pain down my shoulder and arm from the inject.....my shoulder started to feel tight so i bent it where it would be stretched somewhat as i was sleeping......well...that might have injured it...i woke up in severe agony.....i can't raise my arm by itself....i can hold my hands together and move my left arm, but not by itself....it actually hurts worse to not sleep on it where i'm on my right shoulder and left arm is up in air......i'm fucking pissed.....i don't know if this puts my contest out of reach now.....since i'm less than 12 weeks now......so at 5am i should be sleeping but it's throbbing and i highly doubt ibuprofen will help....this isn't my normal shoulder that's fucked either....it's the opposite one now

You think that how you slept on it separated it? I would give it a day or two and then see how you feel. Shoulders are a bitch, every once in awhile mine get tweaked but they end up ok...besides the time when I did separate my A/C joint. Stay positive bro, you still have plenty of time to be ready.

I agree with Thug be easy over the next couple of days and you might find it's not as bad as thought. Ice the fuck out of it. You probably injured a rotator muscle so once you can lift just stick to rotator cuff exercises. I had injury a couple of months back and thought like you I was done and needed surgery lol I iced it and limited lifting to very light front, side and rear lateral raises for several weeks, it now feels normal. Don't count yourself out so fast.....

    Good advice from these guy
Ice and ibuprofin. our shoulders are involved in evrything we do and every dam exercise. Take it easy for a couple days and reevaluate it then

Life is tough. It's even tougher if you're stupid
    Stupidity should be painful

Crawling is acceptable. Falling is acceptable. Puking is acceptable. Tears are acceptable. Pain is acceptable. Injury is acceptable. Quitting is unacceptable

To dominate one must be physically, mentally, and spiritually stronger than their opponent. Then, domination is guaranteed.

Nobody said it was easy. No one ever said it would be this fukin hard either!

If im a danger to myself just think what the fuck I can do to you!
