    Been doing the old routine of doing your set, having a rest, doing another set and so on and so on?

    Shake things up a little for a few weeks and give this a go. I guarantee you will grow and feel skin stretching pumps. One of the best training styles I've tried, the concept was brought about by Milos Sarcev. I've been drug free for the past year and have gotten great results from this, can't wait to try it on cycle.

    You will need:
    1. Guts.
    2. Mind muscle connection.
    3. Guts.

    Basically, you want to do 4 exercises for the same muscle group with no rest inbetween each exercise. So 4 exercises equals 1 set! Aim for 4 sets. Obviously you'll need to lighten weight but it will still kick your arse.

    Here's some examples of my fave workouts:

    Legs:

    Front squat x 8-10 (eg. use a weight you can get 8-10 with)
    Back squat x however many you can
    Walking lunges towards leg extension machine (use appropriate weight dumbells)
    Leg extension for about 8-10 reps using LIGHT weight. Important to really SQUEEZE the quads.

    Obviously if you go hard out on the first set, chances are you aint gonna be able to complete as many reps in the following sets. Fuck it, the important thing is you give it your all and DON'T pussy out just because your mind tells you to.

    Chest:

    Incline db press x 8-10
    flat db press x however many you can (can substitute with pushups til failure)
    incline db flye x 4-6 (nice and slow and really squeeze)
    flat db flye x 4-6 ( " )

    Back:

    Power hang cleans x 6-8
    deadlifts with same weight as cleans til failure
    seated row x 6-8
    pull downs til failure. (don't forget to put your mind in your lats and squeeze)

    Remember, no rest between exercises. Repeat rotation 4x. I find this type of training extremely effective and efficient and I feel absolutely cooked after only a short time in the gym. Legs is absolutely killer and will probably make you wanna quit after the first set. But remember, its all about giving it your all and NEVER terminate a set cos your mind tells you to.

    I've never tried this training style on cycle but has given me amazing results naturally with very noticable gains over a relatively short period of time. Give it a go and let us know how it went.

    Can also be incorporated in your shoulder and arm workouts but I'm sure yous are creative enough to make your own routine for them.

    yup. this here training is crazy for sure. big pumps and makes you feel like puking for sure. good to throw in to break up regular training routine
