alright you stubborn bastards , it's time to break out of y'alls normal workouts that you do week after week and try something new to shock the muscle! come on, i know you can do it! i almost guarantee y'all will have you some nice sore muscles after!

    examples:

chest day- you always start with pressing movements. start with fly movements instead! don't worry, we won't think you're a pus*y, lol.

legs- you always start with squats, leg press, hacks, etc. start with a ton of working sets of leg extensions!

back- instead of starting with deadlifts, do a ton of pullups or wide grip pulldowns first!

shoulders- instead of starting with presses, do all your laterals first!

biceps- instead of starting with barbell curls, start with a concentration movement with short breaks and really pump the bi's full of blood.

triceps- instead of starting with close grip bench or heavy over head extensions, do rope pushdowns first with short breaks and warm them elbows up while pumping up tri's big time.

i may still be learning about AAS but the one thing i do know is training, with over 14 years under my belt i have a clue (not to toot my own horn ). this pre-exhaust stuff works, i do it all the time.

so leave the ego at the door and mix it up y'all. it's all about keeping the muscle guessing and growing!!!

Good point Crazed!! I change up my routine every 6 weeks or so. I currently am doing German Volume Training, which I think is great for building muscle fast!

good concept but i have to be honest....i do not believe in muscle confusion. Your muscle has no intelligence. It only gets bigger or smaller depending on how hard you are pushing it. But great idea for those believers. Plus its just a good way to change things up instead of the same old routine

Whats funny about that is that I pretty much already do all of that with the pre-exhaust. I really like it and I actually think doing some of the other lifts first helps when I get to the heavy ones b/c I'm good and warmed up with a nice pump.

It is good to switch it up tho, it definitely helps when things start to get stale or you plateau. I have to admit I'm bad about it tho b/c I tend to stick with similar routines as long as I make progress.

I dunno how you do it man, but me and most everyone I talk plateaus at some point or another. For me, that's when it's time to change it up. I might change the entire routine and do different exercises or I might change up my sets/reps, it all depends on where I'm at.

Bro my muscles are still always sore..Nobody trains me ill train yall...LMFAO

Ive done ALL your bodybuilding workouts
After not missin a single workout in the last 2 yrs (seriouslyi have not missed even 1 training session although some have had to be scaled back when injured) and liftin for nearly 6 yrs now it just takes longer to make gains but i still make em

I stiil get to plateaus mostly just on the benchpress . There comes a time when gains just take longer or wed all be 300 pounds and single digit bodyfat... or there would be more than a small handful of 275 pound guys that can bench 600 + pounds RAW( as we speak there are only 10 guys in the USA that can bench 600 or a little over and that covers all weight classes so i love when people tell me their buddy can bench 600)..It just dont work that way..Or like when i see some guys bullshit and say there on their 7th cycle and puttin another 50 pounds on their benchpress . They are full of shit.. and to show you how rare evn a 500 pound RAW bench press is there at this moment only 105 guys in the USA who can do it( 500 pounds or more )( correctly on command with a pause and complete stop at the bottom in all weight classes combined)..Dont wanna hear about no gym bouncepressers so dont even go there...lol
