One of the reasons his training is called insane is because his form on some exercises are insane............99% of us ordinary guys would get injuries going on the way Warren does .

1)You obviously dont know what good form is if you think that is good form.
2)If you knew anything at all you would know that its only these TOP BODYBUILDERS in the WORLD!! who get away with bad form without injury most of the time. but it all comes to them eventually too. Just becaue they are who they are doesnt make it right.
    3) I stated that it DOESNT mean I dont like him ...........which means I do.
4)You dont have to be competing in the Mr O to spot and or be able to discuss the fact ....

I wish you well with your illness

#1. I dont need any kind of attitude from someone like you who knows nothing about me... The comment wasn't to you it was about the comments ON YOUTUBE....

#2. His form might not be amazing, but guess what? He's fucking huge, competing in MR.O, and fucking paid... That of wich NO ONE on this forum has any of the 3 that i know of... (please if there are any Mr.O's, 260lb 3%bf guys on here i apologize, but i doubt it..)

And if you knew anything at all you might not wana take every little comment so personal, or think too highly of yourself because it wasnt about you.. I didnt even read what you wrote.. Don't insult my intelligence.. And by the way there's alot more people other than them that can train just as hard or even harder with no bodily injuries... Just ask any of the men who made it in any Ranger battalion, or an SF Soldier, or SEAL, or DELTA and so on and so forth for ANY MAJOR Special Forces/Operations Unit in ANY country in the world...

And that training my friend is 100000000000x harder than Branch or Jay or ANY bodybuilder has ever trained in their lives.. So dont direct that only a person of that idiotic size can handle it because at the end of the day, thats a picnic for some people.. And the example i gave of military is only one of MANY who can do the same in ANY top sport in the world..

I would have to agree with your opinion on how intense it is...BUT it is a totally different kind of training... muscle endurance for example is a BIG one...AND a lot of people dont make it threw some of that training because of INJURIES or just because they are pussies.

I know alot dont make it through because of injury... BUT the ones who do, still go day by day with that intense training... For example SEALs, their training doesn end at BUDs... They are CONSTANTLY put to the test after completing BUDs... 15 mile runs, 5 mile swims.. Shit is intense.. See my point? lol its not just making it in, its STAYING in..

But its a different type of intensity.Military focuses on the red fibers (slow twitch endurance) of the muscle instead of building the white fibers which are the fast twitch. Fast twitch high intensity is much more prone to injury because you are giving it your all over a shorter period of time.

No one seems to understand my point, the point is of "Injury during training"... And sorry to say but different focus of training or not you cant tell me Branch is more prone to injury in a 45 minute workout than anyone i mentioned above.. Branch gives his all for a short period of time.. These people give their all, ALL DAY AND EVERY DAY... How does that make you not as prone to injury?? ... You push your body passed its limits physically and mentally everyday, its designed to weed out the weak, and staying in is designed only for the best of the best...

So let me get this right... A 45-60 minute high intensity workout = tougher than a 5 mile swim or 15 mile run? A mountain climb with 80lbs of gear on your back?

Just doesnt make sense to me...

Again i used the military just as an example to say that there are people who go through intense training and dont get injured, BBer's arent the only ones.. And its what im mostly familiar with but there are TONS of other sports and athletes that go through it as well in other aspects and dont get injured and are just as if not more intense.. Just saying bro's

no, thats not what i was trying to say at all. yes you are very correct on 5 mile swim or 15 mile run is alot more intense...i would definitely have to agree on that...all i was trying to say is if a person like, a SEAL for example would train like branch does, he would prolly have pretty good chances of getting injured because of the way he trains. same thing goes for branch if he trained like a SEAL, prolly wouldnt do so well. All im trying to say is they are 2 totally different types of working your body.

All im trying to say is they are 2 totally different types of working your body.
Ooohh, gotcha... Yes there i can agree..

To be in the top three got to be best of the best IMO
    exactly
but that doesnt take away the fact that his form a lot of the time is shite, even a dummy could see that.
Just think, Good form and less injuries might have got him second place

the object of the game is to train smarter not harder! its not Branches training that got him to where he is. its a whole bunch of factors. I like Branch, but he doesn't train smart at all. my .02

Life is tough. It's even tougher if you're stupid
    Stupidity should be painful

Crawling is acceptable. Falling is acceptable. Puking is acceptable. Tears are acceptable. Pain is acceptable. Injury is acceptable. Quitting is unacceptable

To dominate one must be physically, mentally, and spiritually stronger than their opponent. Then, domination is guaranteed.

Nobody said it was easy. No one ever said it would be this fukin hard either!

If im a danger to myself just think what the fuck I can do to you!
