    Hey guys!! I been out of the game for awhile...And I can tell you I feel it and man do I look it..I have developed a damn gut and I am well out of shape.
    The am asking for some advice on how to get back into the swing of things quickly...Anyway nice to talk to everyone again

    Welcome back. Lift consistently, eat right, get good rest, and if you can consistently do all that, add some test. Sorry there's no quick fix, brother. Good luck.

    The diet route is the quickest and the toughest, IMO. Just get the body moving again and you'll get right back into the groove.

    good diet is a must, what i do is start on cadio to begin, get your cardio system working well will help you put on size faster, first start by going for a ride on you bike or run a small distance and then increase the disance slowly then in two or three weeks you should be able to pick up a weight very small weights you dont want to get into it too hard at first, within a month you should be able to sart stacking on more weights that is how i do it and with great success....

    Like the others said, ease into it start small light cardio, modify diet, and low weight high reps 3xs wkly. do this for a couple of months and then up the intensity, you should be seeing results in time for spring.... Good luck and post some update shots as you progress.

    Get to work my friend , lots of cardio , build up to your natural ability and then start the juice. Diet will be the most important part of your come back...

    I always recommend taking pictures. Befores and Afters. A lot of people get discouraged because you don't always notice the day-to-day changes, but if you look back at your gut, you'll never want to stop.
