Life is tough. It's even tougher if you're stupid
    Stupidity should be painful

Crawling is acceptable. Falling is acceptable. Puking is acceptable. Tears are acceptable. Pain is acceptable. Injury is acceptable. Quitting is unacceptable

To dominate one must be physically, mentally, and spiritually stronger than their opponent. Then, domination is guaranteed.

Nobody said it was easy. No one ever said it would be this fukin hard either!

If im a danger to myself just think what the fuck I can do to you!

Damn shame my gym doesn't do something similar.... they have some dumb day where you compete against the trainers...I don't know about many of you's but I can't jump rope to save my life and I sure can't run far or fast anymore so this competition is not my skill set.....

they do that kind of competition for the people that are not in the gym to lift weights lol most trainers don't look like they do much weight training either.

Its sad because the trainers at my gym don't do much weight training (I can tell) and they're teaching people how to do deadlifts incorrectly. And then when I do rack pulls some guy half my size comes up and tell me I'm deadlifting incorrectly...

    It's funny shit...

Thanks for posting the video Powerman. I really enjoyed it. I particularlly enjoyed the 2nd to last guy cheering towards the end. He thought he already had it won, albeit a friendly competition...

Deadlift is my favorite workout and it always starts my week off great. It's the Monday lift.

Guys i have no PT Certs and personally dont give a shit about anyone who has, but im most certain all of us could blow away most Pts in knowledge including nutrition, and sheer strength and size( mopst probabl;y even before we used AAS). half the Pts ive come across dont look like they could bench 225 - 250 tops, not that the bench press means shit anyway but im just comparing what most people are concerned with. I get strangers asking me how much i can bench. NOBODY has ever asked what i could deadlift or squat...lol

That is so funny, because I don't give a shit about bench...I'd rather deadlift and squat. I'm no where near what you are on deadlift, but at least I know how important of a lift it is...

I live in Arizona and I know people that take some weekend long course and become PTs... It's a joke here...

It's sad because I see newbies that go to the gym who really want to get into shape and the PTs make them do stupid shit that discourages them. Exercises that I remember doing in Hell Week of football camp back when I was athletic, and I know I wouldn't be able to do right now...

Whenever I see the blue ball I laugh my ass off. I'd probably pop that stupid thing...The other day I heard some newer guy (real thin probalby 18-20 years old) talking to a trainer about wanting to put on mass, so the trainer makes him jump up and down on a damn box...I'm sure that's going to build confidence...
