IFBB professional bodybuilder Guy Ducasse was sentenced to one month imprisonment and 400 hours community service after pleading guilty to steroid distribution. United States District Judge Claire Eagan emphatically rejected the prosecution’s argument that Ducasse was “no different than any other drug dealer and should be treated accordingly.” Federal prosecutors had asked Judge Eagan to put Ducasse in jail for 15-21 months. sucks for that guy. i read though that he was definately distributing it. 20g's in 2 years they are saying. Not sticking up for the "other guys" by any means, but a lot of the people thats been busted lately arent getting busted for simple possession and personal use, its mostly been distribution of thousands and thousands of dollars. Tough game to play, and some have to Pay to play in the end.

Thank god the judge had some sense and didn't think like the prosecutor. "no different than any other drug dealer" mentality is what is filling our prison systems with harmless criminals and leaving no room for the real dangerous dealers and criminals. $10K is 100 vials per year at street prices or 8 or 9 vials a month. The guy was probably just doing a favor to his so called friends and someone opened their big mouth or something.

Thats the bad thing about being in TX.So many law enforcement officers take gear its not even spoke about much, but if you a ordinary citizen gets caught with some, forget about it.The prosecutors will go after you like you were running a Meth lab.He got fair treatment this time around, It still sucks being a pro and getting drug tested while on parole.I wonder if they will test him for gear or hard drugs only?
