Mark Cuban, for those that do not know, is a dot.com era billionaire who also owns Dallas Mavericks. I find it refreshing when someone of his profile says something like this. It's not a perfect case for steroids but at least it's something. Article at :

the bad thing is AAS use to be given by a doctor back in the 80's before vice president biden went against the DEA and law enforcement. the DEA and law enforcement didn't want to add it to all the other illegal drugs.
