so true, but if it was legal. than the gang bangers would have to get an education and than a real job lol the government makes the drugs illegal so they can get more taxes for incarceration. I think we passed up Russia and China as far as incarcerations go, 80% of incarcerations are non-violent drug offenders. its time to put the real criminals behind bars. hell we'd have to start with the politicians

What a bunch of f***** bullsh*t, I really have no faith in governments anymore. People who want to use AAS are going to use them no matter what. If they were legal, which they rightfully should be, then AAS users would be safer and better off. Instead they are made illegal and people who love bodybuilding and are trying to achieve a higher level of physical accomplishment have to go underground to try to achieve their goals.

We have passed China (it doesn't even get close) and Russia long time ago. Just some trivia:

US 701 per 100,000
Russia 606 per 100,000
China 117 per 100,000

And like you said this is mainly due to people commiting no crime at all.

I still don't get what exactly are they charging them for. These substances (pheraplex, superdrol, xtreme tren, and iforce bold and their respective knockoffs) are not classified as anabolic steroids in the controlled substances list. DEA tried to add them there last year but failed to prove that they are anabolics (I read an article about that several months back - I'll post it if I can find it again) so they didn't even make it in the list.

So then from the legal standpoint what's the crime here? I hope BB gets some good lawyers and this backfires at DEA.

Actually I think I found an answer to part of my own question. For DEA to get involved these would have to be controlled substances which they are not. But apparently this was FDA raid and there is a catch-all clause in the law that allows FDA (not DEA) to do these raids or ban products under certain circumstances.

Supy i have to defend ill say select officers. we dont all agree with the laws that must be enforced. dont look at all officers and stereotype them. its like saying hes black so he must be a drug dealer. cops are individuals to and they have thier opinions. the descretion is given an if some want to be out right dicks then there is nothing that can be done. if not under close supervision than i believe most would look the other way depending on the situation of course. however if they are being watched then they have families and mouths to feed like you and I and cant risk losing their job. there are some really god ones out there that are supporters. i mean what better way to have the advantage on the real criminals by being super jacked. i hope this makes sense?

I'm sure that neither Supy nor anyone else on this forum thinks that all LE officers are like this but it's sometimes easy to get carried away by emotions after reading things like this. But yeah, I know there are a number of good officers out there who don't agree with this nonsense and I feel bad for them. They are stuck between a rock and a hard place - having to do their job and yet deep inside knowing that it's not the right thing to do.
