Actually he was in such good shape for the last Rocky, he said he quit training
because he said he wanted the movie to be more realistic.Thats a bad man. It's all about heart and that man has the total package of what it means to be totally committed.

I have always admired him...Cant watch the rocky movies and not want to train in some way!
My fav is rocky 4...........he is a fucking animal in that at the end. Ripped as hell. Awsome
