sounds much more like PCP than roids to me...
I can almost guarantee it was PCP or a lot of Meth. Post the toxicology results when they come out will ya?

I'm betting he tests positive for alcohol, opiates and cocaine. This guy probably partied his ass off at some Halloween party and ended up at the gym sometime before 6am. This mixed with AAS if he was on them is disaster for anyone.
