Wet, is the BCAA's just for preworkout? I've been taking them before and after. Is that a waste?
Jeff, looks like he's got you a good base to start. Time to go shopping and plan ahead for your time on the road.

no you can take BCAA all thruoghout the day if you can afford them. I take them pre workout, cause they don't get me bloated like a protein shake do.

Diet plans are not the same for all individuals. I strongly recommend that you experience with all foods and understand how your body reacts. This includes simple and complex carbs, proteins at different hundred grams daily and fats. One meal plan to the next can be different simply based on your body type and how your body specifically breaks down food. This is not opinion, this is science. Thats why bodybuilding is such a beautiful sport, because from one person to the next, diet plans, workout regimens, and therapy sessions will all vary on individual basis due to the compatibility of that persons own body. Yes, there are plans that people follow (palumbo) and can/will achieve desired results, but the point is, don't be hesitant to embark upon a journey to build YOUR body to the best of its ability based on the time and effort you have put in to understanding it.

Don't forget it's just as important to watch what you eat to make up those values. Lean protiens, good fibrous and starchy carbs and throw some EFA's in there.
