16oz's of skim milk with breakfast right now but was easily putting down a minimum of half a gallon not long ago. I like Arizona Diet Teas (all flavors.) The lemonade flavor Vitamin Water Zero is good too. I stick mainly to water though.

love crystal lite dump one into my gallon jug everydaY BROTHER i worked fucked up hours on call so i crush rockstars sugar free 2 or 3 a day oe monsters i buy them by the flat at sams club dont drink milk but it sounds yummy

Rockstar junky here too! The zero carb ones in the blue can. They have 2 zero carb ones but the one in the blue can is better than the one in the white can. I love the low carb Monster too. RedBull sucks and is over priced.

On boat with the water. Coffee in the AM. Occasional Bolthouse C Boost. It has 1200% vit C/serv but has carbs..great stuff tho.

Water, prob a gallon a day at least. 1 sugar free arizona tea in the am. Occasional propel@ work or vitamin water zero. Am I the only 1 who drinks alcohol? (mic ultra on the wknds)

Nah dude, you're not the only one. But if I'm going to have a few beers, I want to enjoy them so none of that Ultra crap or MGD 64. I go to the local brewery which is also a bar that makes their own house brews and have me some pint glasses. Some of their brews have 13% alcohol by volume and 2 beers gets you right. This is like a once a month thing.

All homey talk aside, I can't drink liquor anymore. #1. I don't like the drunk #2. It gets me into trouble or encourages me to do dumb shit I'll feel stupid about later. I don't like to be drunk. I just like a good beer buzz. If I want to get fucked up I just smoke crack.

2-4 glasses of skim milk a day
24 ozs. of coffe every morning 1/2 gallon of water ed minimum 1/2 gallon of crystal light everyday another cup or 2 of coffee at work as well when the weather warmus up ill double the water and crystal light( couple more weeks) Havent had ANY Alcohol in 4 yrs

4 or 5 cups of coffee in the am, 48ozs skim milk, about 2 gals of water, and an occasional cocktail - VO snd water (only when entertaining clients).
