Keto diet worked magic 4 me. I'm on it year round now. One cheat meal, meal, not day, per week. 4 meals daily, 2 protein shakes, 2 protein meals, as many green vegetables (no peas) as you like, EFAs w/every meal, minimum 1 gallon water daily. Hog wild on cheat meal, same meal each week reduces chance of second cheat meal i.e. Saturday dinner. Sugar free drinks help w/sweet tooth. THere, stream of conscience diet rant.

Lots of drugs and zero food. Poverty helps a lot too. I highly recommend this strategy.

I have shitty genetics as far as getting lean, What works best is doing 6 weeks of eating clean, balanced and then 6 weeks of keto. works like a pro.

I usually use ephedrin,aspirin,clenbuterol,phentermine,T4 with testosterone and carbs cycling dietary menu. Only low glycemic index carbs. It works.

Like most everyone says DIET first and foremost. I myself have pretty much lived on the Keto or been obese (with no cheats except maybe once a month one will slip through the cracks). Next in line is of course cardio. I'm of the opinion that everybody should be doing at least 3 30 min sessions per week or 4 20 min sessions per week regardless of your goal (unless your goal is to get fat). This will raise your RMB "resting metabolic rate". This is good for all bodily functions, BF loss, muscle tissue repair, overall health in general.

BTW: funny thumbnail Break but be careful as you'll piss off CD and he'll go into thumbnail postin frenzy!...LOL

Oh yeah, I got scolded for being on the keto by Nilsa (my PT) this morning. I'll tell you guys about it later as she' gonna be loading me up with carbs come Mon.
