i just started he ketosis diet today,i cooked my weeks worth of fish , sword fish, salmon and flounder. i am cooking it in a pan w. olive oil is this still abiding by the diet? i also bought fish oil, flaxseed oil with omega-3, and cod liver oil also, hopefully this will make up for my lack of egg yolks and peanut butter

How is that fish after being cooked and sitting the refrigerator for week? I have to eat fish fresh from the market, cooked, and eaten on the same day. Even fish the next day starts to get a fishie taste and texture is nasty. Some folks have different tastes I guess.

chicken, beef, eggs, tuna, and turkey. Make sure you get the fats you need, as written in the diet plan. But if you eat fish all week, go for it. I would mix in some beef, eggs, and chicken to get a good balance.

It mixes subtly immediate dexterity and mid term strategy planning. ... The only cooking allowed in raw food diets is done through a dehydrator.......
