    Default Body needs

I haven't been seriously training very long. But I am trying to figure out the science behind the whole thing. Are there any tips out there as to figure out a way your body works best? Like how much protein, carbs, calories,...that works best? I know that everyone is different and every body needs different amounts of these essentials..But I hate feeling like I am pissing in the wind with my whole regimen. I hear about guys that sit and eat ungodly amounts of food, but when I hear these things I think to myself that I can't eat that much in a sitting and wonder even if thats a good thing to do anyway..If there is anyone that can help me with some direction to get myself on the right track?

It is very essential to make your body fit and fine. Also I would suggest to Yogas and its postures. Aerobics and Zumba will greatly help you to tone up you whole body muscles. A very simple diet must be followed. Actually the main thing is healthy diet and good span of work out.

Life is tough. It's even tougher if you're stupid
    Stupidity should be painful

Crawling is acceptable. Falling is acceptable. Puking is acceptable. Tears are acceptable. Pain is acceptable. Injury is acceptable. Quitting is unacceptable

To dominate one must be physically, mentally, and spiritually stronger than their opponent. Then, domination is guaranteed.

Nobody said it was easy. No one ever said it would be this fukin hard either!

If im a danger to myself just think what the fuck I can do to you!
