One last thing that I forgot, I usually take 1-2 scoops of N.O. explode pre-workout. It's got 6g carbs and no sugar per serving, will that throw me out of ketosis or does it matter? I don't have to take it, I just like to before I lift.

That's what I figured. It's too bad tho, I love that stuff. I lifted last night without it b/c I wasn't sure if I should take it now that I'm trying to get into keto, but I definitely didn't get the pump that I'm used to. I'll have to find something different.

I read that fiber is a must to aid in breaking down protein, so I picked some up last night. It's got 4g carb/serving with 0 sugar, that won't be an issue will it?

I've read thru what's on this board, it's just not all committed to memory yet. I was just worried that the extra carbs would be bad and that I might have to look for a zero-carb fiber if there is such a thing.

Anyways, I appreciate the advice, I'm going to continue reading up and try to stay on point with this and see what happens.

Nick- don't let him discourage you. You won't find, including DP's product, a zero carb fiber.

I'm thinking of trying his diet again. I failed the first time from not eating enough fat. I read up on the diet and now know more of how to follow it.

It is based on the needs of a bodybuilder wanting to get ripped. There is a women's version and a mans version.

Anyways, the diet has gotten really popular. People say it is easy to follow and they get good results.
