Post your workout routines... And working out arms ED as in biceps triceps? If so then thats your problem... Each muscle needs time 2 relax and heal.. once u hit the gym hard and do your core exercises, you hit it hard weather its light or heavy... U tear ur muscles and make them bigger or sore from the reps.. they need time 2 heal.. If you are trying 2 work a muscle because u r wanting 2 get them bigger or cut u dont need 2 go more than 3x's a wk MAX if that.. I workout my back and chest twice wk im trying 2 get my back wider and pop out my chest a lot more.. it depends on genetics mostly.. My 2cents would be 2 workout arms twice a wk and switch up exercises.. A good place 2 check workout routines is bodybuilding.com i find great workouts there some old school and some new.. dont let the old school fool u.. They r great workouts even the pro's use

the only muscles i would workout ed are abs. other than that , you have to rest your muscles or they won't grow, because they don't have enough time that require to recoupe.post workouts and goals!

Every muscle needs time 2 relax even abs.. i try n do it atleast 4x's a wk run 2/3times wk.. thats why it is good 2 take atleast 2 days off a wk.. your body can only take so much.. and by being on steroids gives u that extra push 2 stay another hour or if ur lagging ass u can make it.. but give ur body time 2 relax bro.. were all just human weather we r on cycle or off.. sucks 2 say but thats the only way 2 become beasty.. Eat, Train, Sleep, Motivation... 4 biggest goals right there.

There's so much you can do to shock the body into growth. Supersets, blood volume, german body composition, drop sets, alternating sets, etc. And as the others mentioned, you're not giving your body enough rest to grow and recuperate.
