Meal 2- 10am (pre work out) a banana , peanutbutter, and fluff on wheat sandwich, fish oil tabs What's fluff bro lol

Meal 3- 12:30 (post workout) muscle milk protein shake and a Full throttle energy drink ( im trying to cut back) Good, I assume this full throttle is packed with simple carbs

Meal 4- 4pm steak and brown rice This meals needs emphisis on protein & healthy fats, if you want to eat a little brown rice at this time of the day then make it 50g net weight of rice, 1 tblspoon of olive oil, flax oil or macadamia nut oil & tuna.... Save the steak for later in the day cause it digests slowly so you want it to feed you while you sleep

Meal 5- 6:30 tuna on wheat Definitly no bread at this hour, do you see a bread tree Z??? No, cause it's so processed!. 1 tblspoon of healthy fat & 200g of steak.

right before bed i drink a 50 grams of protein shake cassein whey blend and fish oil tabs What time do you go to bed?.... I have a feeling it's like 11 or something? If so you need another meal inbetween 5 & 6.

Looks decent. Signal made some good points.
Meal 6 could be protein and some fats.
    Cottage cheese, chicken, anything.

I'm a big Broccoli nut, best all around veggie there is.

But why raw instead of steamed?

Steamed retains ALL the nutrients and fiber and is
a whole lot more pleasant to eat, especially with a little
fresh ground garlic for taste and added nutrition.

    Am I missing something?

    What up wit' dat?

Steaming is fine, but you don't want to over do it.
I used to really over do it, and it would make it quite soggy, didn't mind it though, lol.
Now I just usually do it for a few minutes and it's quite crunchy.
