    Default Basic dieting easy

    I have been seeing a lot of questions about cutting cycles on the board lately. This concerns me because I know a lot of these guys are thinking I can take some winny and look like Action...(NOT GONNA HAPPEN) Now the best thing you can do is stop and listen to some of us guys who have been in the game for a while.( Guys who learn from experience not books) Sorry Book Worms....So I think with this being said before you start a cutting cycle you need to be about 3 months deep in a diet. The reason I say 3 months is this will give you time to get your BF down so your can start a cutting cycle. This also lets you know if your diet is working for you. The diets we suggest are just suggestion because everyone is different so everyone needs a custom diet designed by yourself thru trial and error.Here is a starting place for you to customize your own perfect diet. Remember diets don't work for ever your body gets used to it and you need to change things up every now and then to keep achieving your goals. SO GET STARTED!!!!!!!!

    50p/25c/25f is generally the breakdown, nothing profound.

    Protein at 1.5g per lb of body weight.
    Carbs at .75g per lb of body weight.
    Fats at .30g pr lb body weight.

    For example a 150lb person would eat
    225g=900 calories from protein
    110g=450 calories from carbohydrates
    45g =400 calories from fat
    This is a standard day’s diet NOT including a post workout Whey/Dextrose shake.

    Food Choices:
    Proteins
    -Chicken breast
    -Lean Steak
    -Eggs and Egg-whites
    -Tuna
    -Skim Milk
    -no/low fat cheese
    -no/low fat cottage cheese
    -Whey Powder
    -Casein Powder

    Carbs
    -Oats
    -Brown Rice
    -Sweet Potato
    -WW Bread
    -Pita Bread
    -Beans/Legumes
    -Green Apples
    -Bosc Pears
    -FiberOne cereal
    -Uncle Sam cereal

    Fats
    -Fish/flax oils
    -Olive Oil
    -Nuts
    -Nut butter
    -Seeds
    -Mayo

    Bads, you couldn't have said it better my man...Well done, and worthy of the Archives.

    For those of you that still don't know it yet, diet is 85% of it. Training is a stimulus and AAS are an added bonus.

    Default well book worms have aplace to

    i have to say that i have to defend some of the book worms , because i became one myself after years of trial and error.. i started reading because i wanted to have info attached to the cycles i was trying and thats when i realized that 80 percent of the info people pass down is wrong and dangerous.... this is scarey because anabolic steroids can be very dangerous.. i've seen people who take anadrol piss blood and morons take d-bol for 4 months and watch there skin start to turn yellow.... the reason i say all this is not to knock my bro bads but to tell you trial and error is the best teacher but without proper research its very dangerous.... to this day i have done over 15 cycles and some have been great , some horrible and i wouldnt trade that for anything but without some of the book guys like sinjin alot of issues would not be addressed... so we would be lost without our fearless leaders like bads and action and bitterrsweet and signal but its also very important to have the likes of sinjin... so in the end we are all blessed to have such expertese to learn from.. and for the record it would take ten straight years of winnie and tren and test p and you still wont look like action and this is for all the new comers............... well thanks for the diet tips i know i need it so i always have a diet to switch to

    K.I.S.S. method, nice. Keys to diet ---plan, measure, weigh your portions and do your calculations. Many people ask me, so here is my diet.

    Breakfast, 2 eggs, a bowl of oatmeal with some milk, a bowl on non-fat yogurt, etc. I ask them, did you weigh your food ? Did you measure them ? Did you calculate/chart your calories, fat, carbs, protein ? Do you weigh and measure (caliper) yourself ? Do you calculate your daily requirements for stasis (no net gain or loss), do you calculate the calories burned ? Do you chart your progress ?

    99.2% of the time-----------answer is no....Then you ain't dieting. You may be "eating healthy" but your not dieting.

    look at the word DIEt. First three letter is DIE.......and DIE is what most every diet does. Poor planning and no calculations is why most diets fail. Diet implies that it will be for only a short period of time. The word should be habit or lifestyle, but it takes commitment.

    So true. Many people only diet only on a temporary basis. Most don't realize that it should be a lifestyle change and not a temporary solution.

    Always 2 there are! A Master and an Apprentice.

    But the question is...Who's the Master, and who's the Apprentice?

    Solid bads & so true, Action has busted his ass for 10+ years to get into that shape, don't think it's gonna happen "too" much quicker for you than it did for him. In this sport you get out what you put in. Action deserves to look like that.... He knows what I'm talking about.
