i'm about finished with pct, before i do another cycle i want to lose

Never done it before but im about to start. I have a life long friend who's been on it for about 2 months and ive never seen him so lean. Makes him kind of an ass at times though.

I've been doing it for about the last 3 years, with little periods off here and there.
I enjoy it. But I say, if you do it, no cheating at all while in ketosis. Results, like any diet will vary.
