don't you wanna cut down so you can loose body fat? i drank the Isopure protein shakes, you still get alot of protein and little carbs so you can burn the fat easier... and a good creatine that i've used was the EAS Phosphagen wich helped me go up from 130lbs to 148lbs before i had to loose the weight again.... try mixing them together maybe it'll work...
