raw egg whites.

does anyone know if you should worry about diseases like salmonella consuming raw egg whites, or whole eggs for that matter?


I was thinking of throwing some into a protein shake or oj to mask the flavor in the morning.

I put 2 raw eggs in a glass of OJ and drink ED in the morning.I've been doing this for yrs. and never got sick from it, but that doesn't mean u won't.I get farm fresh eggs from a friend of mine that runs a big farm were i live.I hope this helps u

I drink 10 raw eggs ed for breakfast with my oat meal

i add 100g oats and 2 scoops of whey and blend it for breakfast.

There was a post on this a while back.....read up on it Drink raw eggs?

I buy gallons of pasteurized egg whites and drink them with lowfat chocolate milk. Good way to get 30grams + of pure protein.

all my protein is from there.......the choc mint is delish even with oats in!!!
