    Default Too much sodium?

I use this all purpose sauce for my shredded mixture of skinless, boneless, chicken breasts, mixed with my brown rice. Home page - Country Bob's Online

I have just started using it and I love it more than any other sauce I have used in the past. The all purpose is great and I want to try the other ones out.

The sodium levels are Serving Size 1 tbsp. (18 g) Sodium 170mg -Total Carb. 6g -Calories 25

I was wondering if this is over kill on the sodium level? Even if I flush with 1-2 gallons of water a day and take a potassium supplement? Should I ditch this and find a much lower sodium intake for my sauce? Or is the flushing of water and potassium counteracting the possibility of water retention and bloat? By the way, I pour this stuff all over my chicken, steak and brown rice only. I use a lot more than 1 table spoon... It's absolutely delicious.

The Iron is the best antidepressant I have ever found. There is no better way to fight weakness than with strength. You can walk outside and listen to all kinds of talk, get told that you’re a god or a total bastard. The Iron will always kick you the real deal. The Iron is the great reference point, the all-knowing perspective giver. Always there like a beacon in the pitch black.I have found the Iron to be my greatest friend. you can consume between 1500mg to 2300mg a day. anything over you might want to examine your diet. 1 to 2 gallons is a huge difference. get close to 2 gallons over a days time and it should help you in more ways than one.

I very much appreciate your guidance in my questions and understand you have exceptional years of research and hands on experience! I will use your words as stepping stones to configure my nutrition pattern and thus reconfigure into a more sculpted goal for the long term and betterment of myself! I also understand that my own research through many different means is the most independent way of information and knowledge, though I understand that my asking these basic, but utmost important questions, are extremely vital in the bodybuilding world, that can be shared with many other people! Thank you for your time and my ignorance!
